چکیده

هدف پژوهش: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی و سنجش میزان آگاهی از منشور حقوق شهروندی کتابداران و اعضای بالای 18 سال کتابخانه‌های عمومی شیراز، با نگاهی جدید به کارکردهای اجتماعی کتابخانه‌های عمومی به‌عنوان مراکز یادگیری مادام‌العمر است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش پیمایشی توصیفی و نوع مطالعه کاربردی است. سؤالات پرسشنامه براساس طیف پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت طراحی شده‌ است. جامعه پژوهش را 32  کتابخانه عمومی، 64 نفر کتابدار  و 21529 نفر اعضای بالای 18 سال کتابخانه‌های عمومی شیراز تشکیل داده‌اند و حجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان شامل 32 کتابخانه، 55 نفر کتابدار و 377 نفر اعضای بالای 18 سال است. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آماره‌های توصیفی و آماره‌های استنباطی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری  شده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس  نسخه 24 استفاده شده ‌است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که میزان  آشنایی و آگاهی از منشور حقوق شهروندی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در بین کتابداران و اعضای بالای 18 سال کتابخانه‌های عمومی شیراز پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است. همچنین میزان امکانات، منابع و ظرفیت‌های کنونی کتابخانه‌های عمومی در جهت پاسخگوی به نیازهای افراد جامعه در خصوص آموزش حقوق شهروندی از دیدگاه کتابداران و اعضای بالای 18 سال پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است. از دیدگاه کتابداران و اعضای بالای 18 سال کتابخانه­های عمومی شیراز، نقش کتابخانه‌های عمومی در ارتقا دادن سطح آگاهی حقوق شهروندی به صورت مادام‌‌العمر در جامعه پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است. همچنین نقش و جایگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی از نظر حرفه­ای در آموزش و تسهیل یادگیری‌های مادام‌العمر از دیدگاه کتابداران بالاتر از حد متوسط و پایین‌تر از حد مطلوب و از دیدگاه اعضای کتابخانه‌‌ها پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش جزو اولین پژوهش‌هایی است که به صورت اساسی به بررسی میزان آگاهی از منشور حقوق شهروندی کتابداران و اعضای بالای 18 سال در کتابخانه‌های عمومی پرداخته‌ و  نقش کتابخانه‌های عمومی در یادگیری‌های مادام‌العمر را  بررسی می‌نماید.

Purpose:This survey investigated   the awareness level of Citizenship rights of librarians and public libraries’ members who are over 18 years while these libraries are considered as a center for lifetime learning and their social functions are scrutinized.
Methodology: The descriptive-survey method is used in this applied research. The data are gathered by the questionnaires which are made by the researchers. The questions are designed according to Likert Scale. In this research, thirty-two public libraries with their sixty-four librarian and 21529 members (over eighteen years) form the statistical population. According to Morgan Table, the random sample is 55 librarians and 377 members who are over eighteen years old. The data are analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS 24.
Findings: The findings based on the ideas of librarians and members showed that the following cases are less than average in public libraries: 1- knowing   about   the Islamic Republic’s citizenship rights 2- The facilities, resources and current capacities of the public library to teach citizenship rights 3- the role of public libraries to improve the awarning of citizenship rights 4- the role and position of the librarian to teach and facilitate the lifelong learning.
Conclusion: The current research is the first research carried out on the Study of the Awareness Level of Citizenship Rights for Librarians and Public Libraries members of Shiraz and Its Role in Lifelong Learning.
