چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین ابعاد رهبری اخلاقی مدیران با مسئولیت‌پذیری کتابداران کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه  آزاد اسلامی بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به تعداد 552 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 227 نفر برآورد گردید. برای نمونه‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبری اخلاقی (کالشون، 2011) و پرسشنامه مسئولیت‌پذیری کالیفرنیا (1987) استفاده شده است. پایایی هر یک از پرسشنامه‌ها به ترتیب 78/. و 732/. برآورد شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار آماری اس.پی.اس.اس. 24 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین رهبری اخلاقی و هر یک از ابعاد آن (انصاف، جهت‌گیری مردمی، هدایت اخلاقی، تسهیم قدرت و شفافیت نقش) با مسئولیت‌پذیری کتابداران کتابخانه‌های واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی رابطه وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که رهبری اخلاقی به‌عنوان یکی از سبک‌های مدیریتی جهان امروز می‌تواند نقش مهم و اساس عملکرد نیروی انسانی به‌ویژه در بحث مسئولیت‌پذیری آنان داشته باشد که کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی و نیروی انسانی شاغل در آن‌ها از این قاعده مستثنا نیستند.

Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the ethical leadership of managers and the responsibility of librarians in libraries of Islamic Azad University.
Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey correlation. The statistical population of the study includes all librarians working in the libraries of Islamic Azad University with 552 people. The sample size was estimated to be 227 people using Cochran's formula. Simple random sampling method was used for sampling. The standard Ethical Leadership Questionnaire (Calshon 2011) and the California Accountability Questionnaire (1987) were used to collect the required research data. The reliability of each questionnaire was 78 /. And 732 /. It was estimated. In order to analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and Pearson correlation coefficient were used in SPSS24 statistical software.
Findings: The research findings showed that there is a relationship between moral leadership and each of its dimensions (fairness, popular orientation, moral guidance, sharing the power of role clarity) with the responsibility of librarians in the libraries of Islamic Azad University.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that ethical leadership as one of the management styles of the world today can play an important role and basis for the performance of human resources, especially in discussing their responsibilities. The human beings working in them are no exception to this rule.
