چکیده

هدف پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگویی منسجم و تصویر کلی از رابطه اشتراک دانش، رهبری تحول‌­آفرین و نوآوری است که این مؤلفه‌ها نقش مهمی در توسعه پایدار سازمانی دارند.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این از نظر هدف بنیادی با رویکرد کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی و راهبرد، با استفاده از فراترکیب است که در این پژوهش 317 عنوان مقاله از نشریات معتبر علمی در پایگاه‌های معتبر داخلی و خارجی در بازده زمانی 10 سال بین 2010 تا 2021 بررسی شد. پس از سه مرحله پالایش، 18 عنوان مقاله انتخاب گردید. در این راستا، جهت تحقق هدف پژوهش از روش هفت مرحل‌ه­ای سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا نسخه 2020، تعداد 122 کد باز استخراج شد. این کدها در پنج کد محوری، سه مقوله فرعی و یک مقوله اصلی مشخص گردید. اعتبار پایگاه­‌های مورد جستجو و مجلات از طریق پایگاه استنادی وب آو ساینس استعلام شد همچنین پایایی و روایی پژوهش از طریق بازبینی در زمان کدگذاری، مورد تأیید خبرگان حوزه پژوهش و کفایت منابع مورد ارجاع قرار گرفت و کدهای احصا شده با مدل­‌های معتبر تطبیق داده شد به منظور اطمینان چندین بار کدگذاری­‌ها موردنظر مرور شد که منجر به تغییراتی در نحوه دسته‌­بندی کدها و جابجایی برخی کدها شد و برای مرحله نهایی کدها و مدل احصا شده در اختیار خبرگان حوزه پژوهش قرار گرفت که در نهایت یافته­‌های پژوهش در قالب مدل نهایی پژوهش ارائه شد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق یافته‌­ها، عوامل مؤثر در اشتراک دانش و سبک رهبری تحول­‌آفرین در ایجاد انگیزه برای نوآوری در سازمان اهمیت قابل‌توجهی دارد و ایجاد نوآوری در سازمان منجر به توسعه پایدار سازمانی می­‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: To provide a coherent model and an overview of the relationship between knowledge sharing, transformational and innovative leadership that these components play a significant  role in a sustainable organizational development.
Methodology:  This is a basic research study with a qualitative approach of the type of synthesis research . The chosen method was the review of 317 articles of reliable scientific journals from reputable domestic and foreign databases between 2010 and 2021. After three stages of review, 18 articles were selected. To achieve the purpose of the study, the seven-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso was used.
indings: Using MAXQDA 2020 software, 122 open codes were extracted. These codes were identified in five central codes, three sub-categories and one main category. The validity of the searched databases and journals was inquired through the Web of Science citation database.The reliabilityand validity of the research were confirmed by subject matter experts through reviewing at the time of coding. In order to be sure, the desired codings were reviewed several times, which led to changes in the way of categorizing codes and moving some codes. The final codes and model were provided to experts in the field.
Conclusion :The research findings were presented in the form of the final research model. According to the findings, effective factors in knowledge sharing and transformational leadership style are of considerable importance in creating motivation for innovation in the organization which leads to sustainable organizational development.
