چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان کاربست مدیریت دانش و ابعاد آن (دانش‌آفرینی، جذب دانش، ذخیره دانش، انتشار دانش، سازمان‌دهی دانش و به‌کارگیری دانش) در پژوهشگاه فضایی ایران براساس مدل لاوسون است.
روش کار پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر ، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را، 450 نفر از کارکنان پژوهشگاه فضایی ایران در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که تعداد 207 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌­ها پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت دانش لاوسون (2003) با ضریب آلفای 94/0 بود. برای تحلیل داده‌­ها از آزمون‌های تی تک‌متغیره، فریدمن، تحلیل واریانس، کلموگروف-اسمیرنف با کمک نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس 23 استفاده شد.
یافته­‌ها: میزان کاربست مدیریت دانش (میانگین 15/3) و نیز مؤلفه‌های جذب دانش (میانگین 13/3)، ذخیره دانش (میانگین 73/3)، انتشار دانش (میانگین 34/3) بیشتر از سطح متوسط است و میزان دانش­‌آفرینی (میانگین 99/2) و سازمان‌دهی دانش (میانگین 89/2) در سطح متوسط و میزان به‌کارگیری دانش (میانگین 83/2) کمتر از سطح متوسط است.
بحث و نتیجه‌­گیری: میزان کاربست بیشتر ابعاد مدیریت دانش در پژوهشگاه فضایی ایران در سطح بالاتر از متوسط و در حد مناسبی قرار دارد؛ امارتبه به‌کارگیری دانش که کمتر از سطح متوسط بود. پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران پژوهشگاه با تمرکز بیشتر بر به‌کارگیری دانش و ایجاد الگوهای کاری جدید، فاصله بین دانستن با عمل را کم کرده و نیز توجه به سایر مؤلفه‌ها، سطح مدیریت دانش را ارتقا دهند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of knowledge management in Iranian Space Research Center based on Lawson model.
Methodology: This research is an applied and descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 450 employees of the Iranian Space Research Center in 2021, of which 207 were selected using Cochran's formula as a statistical sample. For data collection from the Lawson knowledge management standard questionnaire (2003)  with an Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.94 and to analyze data from univariate t-test, Friedman, analysis of variance, Kolmogorov-Smirnov  test with the help of the statistical software (SPSS 23), was used.
Findings: The rate of application of knowledge management (M=3.15) as well as the components of knowledge absorption (M=3.13), knowledge storage (M=3.73), knowledge dissemination (M=3.34) are above average level. And the rate of knowledge creation (M=2.99) and knowledge organizing (M=2.89) at the average level.
Conclusion: According to the obtained results, the amount of knowledge management implementation in the Iranian Space Research Center is above average level, except for the rank of knowledge application, which was below the average level. It is suggested that the managers of the Research Center, by focusing more on the application of knowledge and creating new work patterns, reduce the distance between knowledge and practice, and also pay attention to other components, and improve the level of knowledge management.
