چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تحلیل تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد صادرات با تأکید بر نقش میانجی نوآوری می­باشد.
روش انجام پژوهش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی کارکنان شرکت­های کوچک و متوسط استان اصفهان (نامحدود) می­باشد که تعداد (384 نفر) از آن‌ها به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش نوناکا و تاکوچی (1995)، نوآوری عزیزی (1393) و عمـلکـرد صادرات علیپور و شیرین (2017) بود که روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه­ها حاکی از آن داشت که ابزار گردآوری داده­ها دارای روایی و پایایی خوبی بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های پژوهش از طریق مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار پی. ال. اس. نسخه 3 انجام شد.
 یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مدیریت دانش بر نوآوری و عملکرد صادرات تأثیر دارد. همچنین نوآوری بر عملکرد صادرات تأثیر دارد و در نهایت نقش میانجی نوآوری تأیید شد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود مدل طراحی می­توان انتظار داشت که مدیران شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط بتواند به‌منظور افزایش عملکرد صادراتی­شان به افزایش سطح مدیریت دانش توجه داشته باشند و اگر بخواهد تأثیرگذاری بیشتری بر عملکرد صادراتی­شان نیز داشته باشند بایستی بتواند به نقش میانجی نوآوری توجه شایانی کنند.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of knowledge management on export performance with an emphasis on the mediating role of innovation.
Methodology: The statistical population of this research is all employee of small and medium companies in Isfahan province (unlimited), of which 384 people were studied by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was Nonaka and Takuchi's (1995) knowledge management questionnaire, Azizi innovation (2014) and Alipour and Shirin (2017) export performance questionnaires, the validity and reliability of the questionnaires indicated that the data collection tool has validity. And they were very reliable. Analysis of research data was done through structural equation modeling using PLS version 3 software.
Findings: The results showed that knowledge management has an effect on innovation and export performance. Also, innovation has an effect on export performance. And finally, the mediating role of innovation was confirmed.
Conclusion: With the design model, it can be expected that the managers of small and medium-sized companies can pay attention to increasing the level of knowledge management in order to increase their export performance, and if they want to have a greater impact on their export performance, they should can pay attention to the mediating role of innovation.
