چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثرات اشتراک دانش و تناسب فرد با سازمان بر رابطه بین رهبری تحول‌آفرین و رفتار کاری نوآورانه در کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر یزد می‌باشد.
روش کار پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی و جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان یزد بودند که تعداد آن‌ها 210 نفر بوده است. سعی شد همه آن‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گیرند یا به عبارت دیگر، سرشماری صورت گیرد ولی با توجه به عدم همکاری برخی از کتابداران، در مجموع 207 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. پردازش آماری داده‌ها در سطح توصیفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. ‌پی. ‌اس. ‌اس و در سطح استنباطی با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی. ال. ‌اس. تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش و آزمون استنباطی فرضیه ها نشان داد که تناسب فرد با سازمان بر رفتار به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و رفتار کاری نوآورانه مؤثر است و همچنین رفتار به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش بر رفتار کاری نوآورانه تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است برای افزایش رفتار نوآورانه باید نوع برخورد با کارکنان و سبک رهبری نیز خصوصیاتی شبیه به محیط امروزی یعنی تغییرپذیری و تحول‌پذیری را دارا باشد. بنابراین در میان سبک‌های مختلف رهبری، سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا می‌تواند بر رفتار نوآورانه تاثیرگذار باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of knowledge sharing and individual fit with the organization on the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior in public library librarians in Yazd city.
Methodology: It was a descriptive-survey research and the statistical population of this research were all the librarians of the public libraries of Yazd province, whose number was 210. An attempt has been made to conduct a census, but due to the non-cooperation of some librarians, 207 questionnaires were completed.
Findings: The findings of the research and the inferential testing of the hypotheses showed that the fit of the person with the organization was effective on knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior, and knowledge sharing behavior had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior.
Conclusion: The results of the research indicated that in order to increase innovative behavior, the type of dealing with employees and the leadership style should have characteristics similar to today's environment changeability and transformability. Therefore, among different leadership styles, transformational leadership style can influence innovative behavior.
