چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی دانشگاه پیام‌نور محمودآباد نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده خود است.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی و از نوع کاربردی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است.
یافته‌ها: میانگین کل نمره به دست آمده از پرسشنامه دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی (55/27) از میانگین نظری (27) این پرسشنامه بالاتر بود. اما میانگین کل نمره حاصل از پرسشنامه دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به آینده شغلی‌شان (7/17) از میانگین نظری (18) این پرسشنامه پایین‌تر بود.
اصالت/ ارزش: وجود علاقه و انگیزه مثبت نسبت به حرفه و داشتن رضایت درونی از عوامل موفقیت در هر شغلی است. توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی می‌تواند افق روشن‌تری از آینده شغلی از نظر بازار کار و اشتغال پیش روی دانشجویان قرار دهد.

The attitudes of library and information science students of Mahmood-Abad, Payme Noor University, towards their scipline and future career, with the approach of information management

چکیده [English]

This study aimed at determining the attitudes of librariay and information science students toward their discipline and future career in Mahmood-Abad Payme Noor University. A descriptive analytical method was used as the research method. A researcher-made questionnaire was selected as the instrument for data collection. The mean of total score for the questionnaire related to students’ attitude towards their discipline (27/55) was higher than the theoretical mean score (27). The mean of total scores for the questionnaire related to students’ attitude toward their future career (17/77) was lower than its theoretical mean (18). Accordingly, statistically significant difference was also found between male and female students regarding their attitude toward discipline (p=0/01).However, no significant statistical difference was observed between genders considering their attitude toward future career. The results showed that the medical students held a negative attitude toward their own future career, while the attitude of the majority of them towards their field of study was at an optimal level. The results of the study could be taken into consideration for future planning and thus opens up abrighter horizon for the future career of these students.
