چکیده

چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی در این پژوهش، شناسایی و ارائه شاخصه‌های هفتگانه کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات و نیز بررسی تأثیر آن بر تصمیمات کاربران سازمان‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف در زمره تحقیقات توسعه‌ای کاربردی قرار می‌گیرد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش مورد نظر از جهت روش در دسته تحقیقات همبستگی، از نوع توصیفی–پیمایشی قرار می‌گیرد و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شده‌اند. تعداد کل افراد جامعة مورد بررسی در دو سازمان دولتی و خصوصی 110 نفر بوده که طبق استاندارد جدول مورگان 90 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی از طریق نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: با توجه به وضعیت جامعه مورد مطالعه، به منظور شناسایی و ارائه شاخصه‌های هفتگانه کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات و نیز بررسی تأثیر آن بر تصمیمات کاربران، هفت مؤلفه در دو سازمان دولتی و خصوصی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و مشخص گردید در جامعه پژوهش، به جز مؤلفه یکپارچگی سیستم اطلاعاتی سایر مؤلفه‌های طراحی هوشمند، انعطاف­پذیری، سهولت استفاده، سرعت دسترسی، قابلیت ارزیابی، قابلیت اتکای سیستم اطلاعاتی، بر کیفیت تصمیمات کاربران تأثیر گذار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد که بین کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات و کیفیت تصمیمات کاربران (مدیران و کارشناسان)، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

Abstract
Purpose: The objective of this study is to identify and provide indicators of the seven quality information system and its effect on user decisions in terms of purpose among organizations Purpose: The purpose of the present research is the development of applied..
 Methodology: Research in respect of the method of correlation research, descriptive-survey used and data were collected through a questionnaire. The total number of Case Study people in both public and private organizations, 110 of which 90 samples were selected according to Morgan table and Collecting data using the Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis was performed using spss software.
Findings: According to the research community to identify and deliver the seven indicators of quality of information and its effect on user decisions, seven components in both public and private organizations were investigated and found in the study population,except the integrity of information systems and other components of intelligent design, flexibility, ease of use, speed of access, assessment capabilities, reliability of information systems, the quality of decisions affect users.
Conclusion:Hypothesis test results showed that between the quality of information and the quality of decisions users (managers and professionals), there is a significant and positive relationship.
