چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش میانجی اعتماد سازمانی در رابطه بین فرهنگ‌سازمانی و مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی شهر اهواز (شهید چمران اهواز و علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور) است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی از نوع همبستگی است که تمامی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی شهید چمران اهواز و علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور را مورد مطالعه قرار داده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه فرهنگ‌سازمانی کامرون و کوئین (1999)، اعتماد سازمانی پاین (2003) و مدیریت دانش لاوسون (2003) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس و آموس نسخه 23 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: مقادیر شاخص‌های برازندگی مربوط به الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش نشان داد که شاخص‌های برازندگی مطلوب است. در رابطه با فرضیه‌های مربوط به اثر مستقیم، یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین فرهنگ‌سازمانی و مدیریت دانش (005/0p<؛ 87/0=β)، فرهنگ‌سازمانی با اعتماد سازمانی (005/0p<؛ 55/0=β) و اعتماد سازمانی با مدیریت دانش (005/0p<؛ 72/0=β) رابطه مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون سوبل در خصوص فرضیه‌ی غیرمستقیم نشان داد که فرهنگ‌سازمانی از طریق اعتماد سازمانی اثر غیرمستقیم و معنی‌داری بر مدیریت دانش دارد. (005/0p<؛ 396/0= β).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، ایجاد بستر مناسب برای ایجاد فرهنگ‌سازمانی مناسب، منجر به افزایش حس اعتماد سازمانی در بین کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی می‌شود و حس اعتماد سازمانی در به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و تجربیات، خلق دانش جدید و به‌کارگیری دانش که هدف از اجرای مدیریت دانش است تأثیرگذار است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management in university libraries in Ahvaz (Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and Jondishapur University of Medical Sciences).
Methodology: The present study is a correlational application that has studied all librarians of Shahid Chamran University Libraries of Ahvaz and Jundishapur Medical Sciences. Data collection tools were Cameron and Quinn (1999) Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Payne Organizational Trust (2003) and Lawson Knowledge Management (2003). SPSS and AMOS software version 23 were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The values of fitness indices related to the proposed research model showed that fitness indices are desirable. Regarding the hypotheses related to direct effect, the research findings showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/87), organizational culture with organizational trust )p<0/005; β=0/55) and organizational trust with knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/72). The results of Sobel test on indirect hypothesis showed that organizational culture has an indirect and significant effect on knowledge management through organizational trust  )p<0/005; β=0/396).
Conclusion: According to the research results, creating a suitable platform for creating a proper organizational culture leads to increasing the sense of organizational trust among librarians of university libraries and a sense of organizational trust in sharing knowledge and experiences, creating new knowledge and applying knowledge.
