چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی رابطه بین تعلق سازمانی و گرایش به خلق و اشتراک دانش در بین کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی است.

روش پژوهش: پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی با روش همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان همدان بود که نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه احساس تعلق سازمانی شافلی، بیکر و سالانووا (2003 )و خلق و اشتراک دانش همتی(1389 )گردآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل آن با استفاده از نسخه 21 نرم افزار SPSS انجام گرفت.

یافته‌ها: وضعیت مؤلفه‌های تعلق سازمانی )میانگین= 88/88)، خلق دانش(59/22 ) و اشتراک دانش (میانگین=32/18 ) بالاتر از حد متوسط است. همچنین، بین احساس تعلق سازمانی و گرایش کتابداران به خلق (001/0 sig = و 672/0 r =)و اشتراک دانش(001/0 sig = و 646/0 r =) رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد .

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت که تعلق سازمانی به عنوان یکی از ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی، مؤلفه‌ای مهم و زمینه‌ساز گرایش به خلق و اشتراک دانش کتابداران است و کتابخانه‌های عمومی می‌توانند با تقویت ابعاد تعلق سازمانی چون سرزندگی، فداکاری و مجذوب شدن و شیفتگی سبب گرایش بیشتر کتابداران به خلق و اشتراک دانش گردند و برای خلق و اشتراک دانش در راستای ارائه خدمات بهتر ترغیب نماید

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational affiliation and the tendency to create and share knowledge among public librarians.
Methodology: The research was conducted by correlation method in terms of applied purpose. The research population was librarians of public libraries in Hamadan province that sampling was done by census method. Data were collected using a questionnaire of organizational belonging questionnaire Shuffle, Baker and Salanova (2003) and knowledge creation and sharing Hemmati (2010) and its analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21.
Findings: The status of the components of organizational belonging (mean = 88.88), knowledge creation (mean = 22.59) and knowledge sharing (mean = 18.32) is above average. Also, there is a significant relationship between the sense of organizational belonging and librarians' tendency to create (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.672) and knowledge sharing (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.646).
Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be said that organizational affiliation as one of the dimensions of organizational culture is an important component and the basis for the tendency to create and share knowledge of librarians and public libraries can strengthen Dimensions of organizational belonging such as vitality, sacrifice, fascination and fascination cause librarians to tend to create and share knowledge and to create and share knowledge in order to provide better services.
