چکیده

هدف پژوهش: هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنجش میزان وفاداری اعضای کتابخانه‌های عمومی (تحت پوشش نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور) شهرستان تبریز  با توجه به دیدگاه سیستمی است.
روش‌ کار پژوهش : پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی پیمایشی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری آن را  ۴۴۲۷ نفر از کل اعضایی که به عضویت کتابخانه‌های عمومی در آمده‌اند. از بین ۴۴۲۷ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بر حسب جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 351 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی در حد فراوانی، نمودار، میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی در حد آزمون t مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون خی دو استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که زنان با 6/52 درصد تمدید عضویت در اکثریت هستند. بیشترین فراوانی اعضای تمدیدی با 62 درصد، مربوط به گروه سنی 19 تا 40 سال است. در مرتبه بعد گروه سنی 13 تا 18 سال با 19 درصد و گروه سنی 7- 12سال با 9 درصد در رتبه سوم جای گرفتند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که نرخ وفاداری کل اعضای کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهرستان تبریز، 26 درصد بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the public library members's loyalty (covered by the public library institution of the country) in Tabriz city according to the systematic viewpoint.
Methodology: The research is applied in a descriptive way. The statistical population consists of 4,427 new members (17,138 people) of public libraries in 2015 and renewed their membership in 2016, They are called as customers' loyal. Using a random sampling method from the Krejsi and Morgan table, 351 people were selected. Data were collected by a researcher-made check list and required data were extracted from the system. SPSS22 software was used to analyze the data. In analyzing data, descriptive statistics were used at frequency, graph, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics in independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Chi-square test.
Findings: The findings showed that women with a 52/6% membership extension in 2016 were in the majority. The highest frequency of extension members with 62% is related to the age group of 19 to 40 years. The age group of 13 to 18 years old with 19% and the age group of 7 to 12 years old with 9% ranked in the  scond and, third.
Conclusion: The results showed that the total loyalty rate of the members of Tabriz public libraries was 26%.
