Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the level of knowledge management maturity with the Pattern of the Asian Productivity Organization model.
Methodology: This research is a functional and descriptive study. The statistical population consists of the headquarters of teacher high technology Company in Tehran, with 12 manager and data collection was done as a census. In this study, the Asian Productivity Center Model is used to evaluate the level of knowledge management maturity. SPSS statistical analysis and Excel software have been used to analyze the data
Findings: Based on the obtained average, the dimensions of leadership, technology, learning and innovation are in a good condition with an average above medium, and other dimensions with an average of less than 3 are in the next ranks. Also, the total scores of maturity level of knowledge management is equal to 119.8.
Conclusion: The results showed that the level of knowledge management maturity was in the early stages and the company started the relevant experimental project. Dimensions of knowledge processes and employee status were identified as opportunities for improvement, and the dimensions of knowledge management and technology were among the strengths.

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational affiliation and the tendency to create and share knowledge among public librarians.Methodology: The research was conducted by correlation method in terms of applied purpose. The research population was librarians of public libraries in Hamadan province that sampling was done by census method. Data were collected using a questionnaire of organizational belonging questionnaire Shuffle, Baker and Salanova (2003) and knowledge creation and sharing Hemmati (2010) and its analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21.Findings: The status of the components of organizational belonging (mean = 88.88), knowledge creation (mean = 22.59) and knowledge sharing (mean = 18.32) is above average. Also, there is a significant relationship between the sense of organizational belonging and librarians' tendency to create (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.672) and knowledge sharing (sig = 0.001 and r = 0.646).Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be said that organizational affiliation as one of the dimensions of organizational culture is an important component and the basis for the tendency to create and share knowledge of librarians and public libraries can strengthen Dimensions of organizational belonging such as vitality, sacrifice, fascination and fascination cause librarians to tend to create and share knowledge and to create and share knowledge in order to provide better services.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of resources in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel in guiding knowledge management and sharing of intellectual capital.Methodology: The research method in this research is survey-descriptive. The statistical population of the present study is all employees working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel for 20 people. In this research, boentis Intellectual Capital Assessment Questionnaire and the Knowledge Management Research Questionnaire were used as data collection tools.Findings: Generally, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital in the archive of Sima Documentary Channel. In addition, in other subdivisions of knowledge management, there is a positive and significant relationship with intellectual capital.Conclusion: According to the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and intellectual capital among people working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel. There is also a positive and significant relationship between knowledge organization and intellectual capital (human, structural and relational), which is more than 0.05 and there is a coefficient of correlation between the use of knowledge and resources available in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel and knowledge management and the sharing of intellectual capital

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and social wealth in relation to organizational ability among employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.Methodology: This is a descriptive-survey study and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of 750 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. According to the statistical population, 256 people were selected. The information was collected through a standardized and localized questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by consulting professors who were related to the research topic. The reliability of the research was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha. Smart PLS is the software used in this research.Findings: The findings of this research indicated there was a correlation coefficient between modern knowledge management and dynamic capabilities among the employees of the Ministry of Sports. Furthermore there was a correlation coefficient between the dimensions of modern knowledge management and dynamic capabilities in the organization. There was a correlation coefficient between Social wealth and dynamic capabilities among the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The dimensions of social wealth have a correlation coefficient with dynamic capabilities in the organization.Conclusion: The employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth should create effective and constructive relationships with their audience and other colleagues . Also, these relationships should be of high quality and quantity. Furthermore, there should be rules, shared values , reasonable and high trust between colleagues and they should have constructive and effective social wealth, which is very effective in organizing the organization and ultimately the country.

Purpose: The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational learning and transformational leadership and job performance of librarians of public universities in Isfahan.Methodology: This research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study included all librarians of public universities in Isfahan in 1396, whose number was 139 and through stratified random sampling, 111 people were selected as a sample. In this study, Gomez et al. (2005) organizational learning questionnaire, multiple leadership based on Bass and Olivier theory (1995) and Patterson (1990) job performance questionnaire were used to collect data. Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was 0.930 in the Organizational Learning Questionnaire, 0.955 in the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, and 0.856 in the Patterson Job Performance Questionnaire, was used to assess the reliability of the questionnaires. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests were used for inferential analysis of data.Findings: Based on the findings, there is a significant relationship between organizational learning and transformational leadership and job performance of librarians of public universities in Isfahan.Conclusion: Managers, staff, and librarians need to improve their attitudes and perspectives on organizational learning and transformational leadership, and improve their performance and that of the organization.

Purpose: This study aimed to explain a Effects of Implementation knowledge management on organizational development in National library Archives of I.R Iran.Methodology: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection methods was descriptive survey and the analysis method was structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population includes 340 individuals and the statistical sample, as determined through Cochran’s formula, is 181 individuals. The return rate of questionnaire form is 94 percent. A researcher-made knowledge management questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.86) and a researcher-made organizational improvement questionnaire with reliability (α = 0.96) were used to collect data, In order to evaluate the validity of the instruments according to the number of components and sample size, in addition to content analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software were used to evaluate the fit indices confirmed the factor analysis. Therefore, it can be said that the research tool had structural validity. Results: Through analysis of hypotheses at two descriptive and inferential levels, showed knowledge management and organizational development items in National library Archives of I.R.ran were more than average.The components of KM & OD had correlation with each other . Purpose: The purpose of this study was to feasibility implementation of knowledge management based on the Bukowitz & William's model components and also the effects of this model on knowledge contribute in Qom province public libraries.Methodology: A survey - descriptive method was used. The population was included 92 librarians of Qom province public libraries. The statistical sample was selected 73 people based on Krejcie & Morgan table. Sampling method is stratified random sampling and data collection tool was a researcher-developed questionnaire with the Likert scale. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert teachers and its reliability was calculated as 0.96 by Cronbach's alpha method. For data analysis was used descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS software.Findings: Findings revealed that the feasibility implementation of Bukowitz & William's KM model in the Qom province public libraries is upper than the average (3.29). The results of regression test showed that this model can predict 75% of the effects on the "knowledge contribute" component. The components of "knowledge learning" and "knowledge assess" have the most impact on the "knowledge contribute" component. Also, the feasibility implementation of KM in terms of demographic characteristics i.e. gender, discipline, work experience, academic degree and work type were no significant difference from librarian's view.Conclusion: The Bukowitz & William's model was approved as a suitable model for KM implementation in non-profit organizations like public libraries. Also, effective factors in this model on "knowledge contribute" were identified which will be applicable for managers and librarians of public libraries in Qom province.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management in university libraries in Ahvaz (Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and Jondishapur University of Medical Sciences).Methodology: The present study is a correlational application that has studied all librarians of Shahid Chamran University Libraries of Ahvaz and Jundishapur Medical Sciences. Data collection tools were Cameron and Quinn (1999) Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Payne Organizational Trust (2003) and Lawson Knowledge Management (2003). SPSS and AMOS software version 23 were used to analyze the data.Findings: The values of fitness indices related to the proposed research model showed that fitness indices are desirable. Regarding the hypotheses related to direct effect, the research findings showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/87), organizational culture with organizational trust )p<0/005; β=0/55) and organizational trust with knowledge management )p<0/005; β=0/72). The results of Sobel test on indirect hypothesis showed that organizational culture has an indirect and significant effect on knowledge management through organizational trust )p<0/005; β=0/396).Conclusion: According to the research results, creating a suitable platform for creating a proper organizational culture leads to increasing the sense of organizational trust among librarians of university libraries and a sense of organizational trust in sharing knowledge and experiences, creating new knowledge and applying knowledge.

Managers are always faced with the question of what to do about the behavior of employee knowledge sharing The purpose of this research is to evaluate effective methods for knowledge sharing of the staff of the National Archives of Iran. MethodologyThis This research is a descriptive survey and carried out using a questionnaire. To measure the reliability was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study is 248 staff of the National Archive of Iran. Using Cochran's formula, 151 of them were selected as samples. Findings: The results indicate that knowledge sharing methods have a positive effect on the tendency to share knowledge and knowledge sharing behavior. Research findings also show that" PeerAssistant", "conference and gathering," and "Team Work" methods of interest, and "seminars" and "Community Of Practice" are less desirable ways for Iranian National Archives staff to share knowledge. Conclusion: The methods of sharing the knowledge of employees as one of the key and important factors in the occurrence of knowledge sharing behavior play a role in providing this factor which can contribute to the behavior of knowledge sharing and only some of the methods of knowledge sharing are of interest to employees. Therefore, the use of knowledge sharing methods that is more in the interest of individuals will better lead to the behavior of knowledge sharing.

Abstract Purpose The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social capital in the development of ambidexterity learning and knowledge transfer among university faculty members. MethodologyThis applied research has been done by survey-descriptive method using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the study is 421 faculty members of Islamic Azad University and Payam Noor University of Urmia and Mahabad. Using Cochran's formula, 201 people have been selected as a statistical sample. Data analysis was performed based on structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS software. Findings: The results showed that all coefficients related to the paths between the variables of this research (except social capital path on knowledge transfer) were significant. Knowledge is also meaningful. And social capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer indirectly through to ambidexterity learning.Conclusion: The results indicate that the existence of social capital in the university promotes the learning of ambiguity in the dimensions of exploration and profit, which will provide the basis for knowledge transfer between faculty members.

Purpose: Knowledge sharing is one of the vital processes in implementation of KM, because it enables organizations to improve their skills and create value and competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective motivational factors on knowledge sharing among Iranian National Archives staff. Methodology: This research is a descriptive survey and carried out using a questionnaire. To measure the reliability was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study is 248 staff of the National Archive of Iran. Using Cochran's formula, 151 of them were selected as samples. Findings: The results indicate the internal and external motivational factors have a positive effect on the desire to share knowledge and behavior knowledge sharing. According to research findings, "success" and "enjoying helping others" are the most influential variables of internal motivational factors, and the motivational factors external to "job security" and "recognition" are the most effective variables in knowledge sharing. Conclusion: The conclusions indicate the motivational factors can contribute to the behavior of knowledge sharing and internal motivational factors have an effect on external motivational factors.

Purpose: Resistance economics is one of the most important issues facing the country, which seeks to strengthen, de-crisis and restore the existing and inefficient structures and institutions of the present economy. Therefore, the fundamental movement of the country towards knowledge of the economy and the proper implementation of knowledge management in organizations and institutions helps the country to realize this. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the model of knowledge management in strengthening the fundamentals of resistance economy in banks.Methodology: The method used in this research is based on the exploratory nature of the research, the data theory of the foundation. The sampling used in this paper is cluster sampling. The main basis for collecting information is conducting in-depth interviews with scientific and academic community experts as well as experts and managers of Ansar Bank to achieve theoretical saturation. A total of 20 interviews were conducted. After collecting information, the codes for written interviews were analyzed.Findings: The results of the research that are based on the selection of open, axial and selective coding, the final model of the research show that the final model consists of six generic categories, nine sub categories and 47 main concepts.Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that the issue of the endogeneity of causal factors influencing knowledge management is in strengthening the principles of the resistive economy that will create knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing strategies for the bank, and the outcome of that development will be sustainable.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a model of knowledge transfer in Academic Growth Centers.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study includes all the professors of the growth Centre of Technician and Knowledge based Units of the Imam Hossein comprehensive University. For this purpose, 28 samples were selected as available sampling method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was done using spss software. According to the normalization of the data, for the deductive analysis of spearman, spearman correlation test, freedman was used to rank and ultimately the regression for the effect of the effect.Findings: The results of the research that the relationship between knowledge transfer variable has the greatest impact on knowledge acquisition variable. Conclusion: Based on the proposed model, the influential factors can be observed in the three main categories of knowledge recipient, knowledge sender and feedback. The results of this study revealed that the tendency to acquire knowledge from the first rank recipient, the existence of a second ranking feedback mechanism, the capacity to absorb knowledge in the third rank knowledge recipient, the tendency to share knowledge in the knowledge transmitter and the related knowledge transfer of the fourth to fifth rank.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a model for assessing how dynamic information technology capabilities play the role of organizational intelligence mediator and the ability to share knowledge on improving the competitive advantage of SMEs in the field of information technology in Tehran province. Methodology: The research method in this article is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research includes a set of small and medium enterprises active in the field of information technology in Tehran province. The sampling method was class-related research and 210 questionnaires were distributed among managers and senior experts of the companies under study. Then, by using factor analysis, the validity of the questionnaires was examined. Also, structural equation model was used to test the research hypotheses. Findings: The results of the structural model showed that the dynamic capabilities of information technology (β = 0.46) and information technology integration (β = 0.52) had a positive effect on knowledge sharing capability and information technology infrastructure. Had information technology matching (β = 0.82). Conclustion: The results of the research showed that the dynamic capabilities of information technology have a positive effect on the improvement of the competitive advantage of small and medium businesses through two intermediary variables: the ability to share knowledge and organizational intelligence.

Purpose: The aim of research examining the role of knowledge in the market of technology commercialization through identifying and Foundation products ranking factors affecting commercialization technology platform in the market. Methodology; In this study, qualitative research methods (Delphi) and obtaining the opinion of experts the field to achieve the technology of component dimensions and influencing the market in the context of technology commercialization. Findings: After the identification of the agents, in the form of a questionnaire distributed among the population, the component identified by the exploratory factor analysis rating. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that among the 43 identified effective index index in the commercialization of knowledge in the context of Foundation products after market fan spin variables, eventually operating detected 9 that in the total percentage of the variance of the jurist manmodend 80.738. Conclusion: The results showed That "Technoligy marketing", "consulting and technology transfer" and legal supply and financial factors to the rank order of the role of the market in technology commercialization is the founder of knowledge products. The results of the findings also show that the factors of "technology marketing (17.574 percent of total variance)," "consulting and technology transfer (15.674 total variance)," and "legal and financing factors (11.773 total variance) "As the first to third factors, have had the greatest impact on the commercialization of knowledge-based products in the marketplace.

Purpose: Applying bibliometric indicators, this study tries to investigate the status of Persian knowledge management research based on the records in the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) during the years 2008 to 2017.Methodology: This is a scientometric applied research. Bibliometric techniques and social network analysis are used in conducting this research. The research population consists of articles published in the field of knowledge management that have been indexed in ISC database during a 10-years period (2008-2017). BibExcel, UCInet, NetDraw and Vosviewer are among software that were used for analyzing data and drawing maps in this research.Findings: The results showed a relatively steady growth in the number of knowledge management articles indexed in ISC between 2008 and 2017. “Akhavan P” is considered to be Iran's top researcher in the field of knowledge management in terms of the number of articles, citations and h-index. Also, based on co-authorship indicators, again “Akhavan P” owns the best position in the network. Moreover, results uncovered that 8 clusters are formed in knowledge management research.Conclusions: Due to the diversity of authors from different disciplines among the articles as well as the variety of clusters resulting from co-word analysis, the present study confirms the theory that the field of knowledge management is an interdisciplinary one. Finally, based on integrative indicators, it can be stated that “Akhavan P” is the most influential researcher of Iran in knowledge management research during past 10 years.

Purpose: The important issue before the Knowledge Management deployment is to identify and prioritize the factors affect the level of organizational readiness for implementing the project. To adopt Knowledge Management in Iranian organizatiosn, effective implementation factors of Knowledge Management need to be identified. Hence, the main aim of this study, in order to establish an integrated system of Knowledge Management, is to propose a model to assess the level of readiness for Knowledge Management in Iranian organizations. Methodology: This research consists of two parts; the first is a combination of quantitative methods, and the second is a discussion about exploratory interviews with experts on Knowledge Management. Then, the obtained data of these interviews are coded and classified. Finally, the initial model of this research with 8 main components and 43 sub-components is designed. The research tool for this part is a questionnaire with 55 questions. The internal consistencies of the answers to the questionnaire are measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, 0.97. Findings: In this study, the coefficient R2 structural model of endogenous latent variables (dependent) of the model, with the top 0.67 is approved as a strong model. GOF indicators are tested to assess and measure both structural and measurement model together with the amount of 0.87 which confirms the overall fitness model pretty well. Conclusion: The results are analyzed by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and the proposed model with 8 dimensions is approved. The main components include organizational culture, organizational structure, technology, leadership, human resources, competitive position, and social conditions.

Findings: Based on the findings of the research on the training required for occupational skills, the highest percentage of employees (35%) have suggested job-related vocational training, including the training required for job skills. 15% of employees in the field of day-to-day information education, 40% considered necessary education, beliefs, seven-level subsidies, and basic education (10% each). Conclousion: The result show that that training employees during Their career would highly affect on their knowledge improments but still There is long way to go.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a suitable model for effective factors in the establishment of SKM system in Payam Noor University of the West. Methodology: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method, survey, descriptive-analytical. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes 425 scientific members of Payame Noor University of West Country (Kermanshah, Hamedan, Kurdistan and Ilam). Using Cochran formula, 202 individuals were selected as sample. In the qualitative section, 30 experts were selected. Using interviews and Delphi techniques, factors affecting the establishment of the SKM system at Payame Noor University were identified. Findings: Effective factors were classified in nine main groups (knowledge processes, information technology, organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational learning, social capital, human resources, organizational innovation, leadership and commitment), and the research model was developed. Then, the questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population and analyzed using SMART-PLS. Validity (confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of the questionnaires indicated that the measurement tools have good validity and reliability. Discussion and Conclusion: The results of hypothesis testing using t-test and path coefficients (β) showed that 9 factors have a positive and significant relationship with strategic knowledge management.

Purpose: The aim of paper is to determine the dimensions of cybernetics in the central library of Tehran's public universities. Methodology: This is a descriptive - analytical survey. The research instrument was researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was 0.83 based on Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of research included librarians of the central library of state universities with a degree in librarianship and information science. The total population of was 171 people. Using the Cochran formula, the sample was 118, the same questionnaire was collected. Data analysis was done at two levels of descriptive statistics (Center-centered indexes) and inferential statistics. Findings: The results showed that cybernetic management components with a standardized coefficient of 0.82 are in medium to high and good condition and the standardized coefficient each of the components of cybernetic management is: monitoring and controlling 0.42, decision making 0.50, rigid and loose links 0.46, leadership 0.65, hierarchy 0.54, interactions 0.60, management balance 0.71% Which demonstrates the reliability of the cybernetic management components in the central library organization of the public universities of Tehran.The results showed that the balance of management 0.71%, control 0.40% showed the least correlation between the components and the main hypothesis of the research has been confirmed and approved by 0.82%, which has shown a positive and significant positive effect between the research variables. Conclousion: So, if librarians develop a model in the conceptual framework of cybernetics, librarians will be more prepared to develop the application of cybernetic model in their organizational environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to Analyzing international research on knowledge management in libraries from 1995 to the end of May 2018. Methodology: The articles were systematically searched(content analysis) in the Scopus database and 54 articles were selected as the final society of this research. Then the goal, communities, methods and tools, findings and suggestions for further research papers were reviewed. Findings: The aim of most articles is to review the view of librarians about knowledge management (25.92%). Most of the research on knowledge management has been done on librarians (74.17%). Out of the total number of researches, 37 (68/51%) and 9 (16/66%) were used quantitatively and qualitatively. Among the tools used, the closed response questionnaire is ranked 28th (51.85%). The positive relationship between knowledge management and creativity and innovation and the impact of culture and organizational dimensions on knowledge management were the most frequent in the findings section of the articles. Most suggestions are related to the need for syllabuses for librarians and library students in knowledge management, and to conduct international studies to explore the differences in knowledge management in different environments. The results indicate that the components of the study are up to date, variety and breadth. conclusion: There is less variation in the research community, research methods, and tools. Most researches are based on the librarians' community and by quantitative method and questionnaire. It is suggested that articles be required to submit one or more proposals for further research.

Purpose: Knowledge management is trying to produce, share and preserve knowledge to make a competitive advantage from kills and capacities of business. One of the most important reasons to use the knowledge management in higher education is to help institutions for integration and coordination this new knowledge with previous knowledge to increase relation between work and education. The aim of this research is to evaluate the knowledge management in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences. Methodology: This study was descriptive research and the population was Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences employees. Between the 1234 employees of Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences faculty, the sample size determined according to Morgan Table (304 people) in the shape of random sampling proportional allocation. The data collection tool was Sharon Lawson model with 24 items in standardized questionnaire. Findings: To survey from Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences employees showed that the knowledge management in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences in terms of knowledge production, knowledge earn, knowledge organization, knowledge reserve, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application were 18.4%, 17.4%, 17.9%, 14.5%, 26.6%, and 18.1% respectively. It seems that the knowledge management in this faculty needs to be improved and promoted. Conclusions: The results of this research showed that the knowledge management quality in terms of knowledge production, knowledge earn, knowledge organization, knowledge reserve, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application in Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences faculty isn’t in a good level and it needs to have more revision and attention

Purpose: This research aims to investigate the Application of Cybernetic Model Indices in the Colleges’ Management at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. Methodology: This study is practical and used a survey method. The study population was included employees with university degrees and high school diploma employees with more than 10 years of work experience. The whole societies were almost 200 members, from which 100 members were selected by means of random sampling. A valid and standard questionnaire was used to collect the data related to the seven indices of the cybernetics model; namely, control, tight & loose coupling, interaction, decision making, hierarchy, leadership, and equilibrium. For analysis the data, the descriptive and inferential statistical methods by software SPSS version 22 are used. Findings: the results showed that dentistry and pharmacy colleges in all Cybernetic Model Indices were found to be higher than the intermediate level. Medicine college in hierarchy and tight & loose coupling; paramedical college in control, hierarchy and leadership; Health college in the hierarchy; nursing college in control and hierarchy were found to be higher than the intermediate level. And in the other components were intermediate level. Conclusion: there are differences among the Colleges’ Management of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences based on cybernetics model. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the performance of Kerman university librarians have been carried out by 360 degrees. Methodology: The present study was conducted using analytical survey method and 360 degree feedback was used to evaluate the performance of the community. Information related to the evaluation of their performance was compiled by questionnaires that considered their assessors' self-assessment views, manager's evaluation and evaluation of colleagues and evaluation of library users. The research community of all librarians of Kerman University libraries. The data gathering tool was Faraj Pahloo et al. (2012), which consists of 4 questionnaires to examine the person from the perspective of the head, colleague, referral and person. Findings: After evaluating the performance of the subjects and comparing the results from the viewpoint of the four evaluation groups, there was a significant difference between the views of the evaluated person and the head of view in the ethical index. There is no significant difference in the performance index between librarians' assessment from the viewpoint of different groups. In the process index, there is only a significant difference between the evaluated point and the point of view. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that in order to obtain more accurate results, one could establish a common language among their assessors and evaluators in terms of their indices and their terms, so that prior to any assessment, On how to evaluate others and rating evaluators so that people are more careful in evaluating their colleagues or other groups and ultimately improving the credibility of the evaluations.

Purpose: The main purpose this study is to investigate the effect knowledge management strategies (codification & personalization strategies) on organizational performance through role of mediator organizational innovation. Methodology: Statistical population of this study is 517 of employes departments of national company of south oil areas, that with using table Krejcie and Morgan and sampling method random, 233 were chosen. In total, 233 questionnaires distribute and 230 number questionnaires were collected from the respondents. In order to measure the research variables was used of three standard questionnaires, knowledge management from Nicolas and Cardan, organizational innovation from Garcia Morales et al, and organizational performance from Hsu. Data analysis on two levels: Descriptive and inferential statistics with using statistical software SPSS and Lisrel was done. Finding: Research findings show that knowledge management strategies (codification & personalization strategies) have positive and significant effect on innovation and organizational performance. Organizational innovation has positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Also organizational innovation mediates effect of knowledge management strategies on organizational performance
